Restaurant inventory that counts itself
Set a recipe once. Every plate you sell takes its raw materials out of stock, and a cancelled order puts them back.
What it does
- Raw materials with units: kg, litre, piece
- Recipes: what goes into each dish
- Stock goes down with every sale, up with every purchase
- Cancelled orders return the stock
- Item stock for ready items like soft drinks and desserts
Food cost is the biggest bill after rent. When you know how much paneer, oil and flour went out against what was sold, you can see waste and theft early.
In Treeo POS a recipe links a dish to its raw materials. Sell a butter chicken and the chicken, butter and cream it uses come off your stock. Buy more and add the purchase. The stock screen shows what is running low.
Treeo POS costs Rs 5,000 a year in India, with Rs 10,000 one-time setup, plus GST.

Questions people ask
Does stock reduce automatically when I sell?
Yes. Each sale reduces the raw materials in the recipe. A cancelled order adds them back.
Can I track packaged items like soft drinks?
Yes. Ready items can have their own stock count, and the POS will not sell more than you have.
