A KOT (kitchen order ticket) tells the kitchen what to cook and for which table. With Treeo POS the waiter or cashier picks the table, taps the dishes, adds a note like "less spicy", and presses Send to kitchen. The KOT prints at once.
If you have a bar, a tandoor or a dessert counter, give each its own printer. Treeo POS sends each item to the printer of its category, so the bar never gets the paneer tikka and the kitchen never gets the mojito.
When the guests ask for the bill, every round is already on the table. One combined bill prints with all the KOTs together.
